Shipping Time Orders should arrive in about two weeks.
Return Within 20 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return and change broken or stained CD-ROM you purchased from us. We will deliver new items after receiving your returned ones. We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 20 days after delivery. You need to pay the shipping cost of return unless the return is a result of our error.
About License The Personal or Student License gives you the right to use one copy of the KyensLab software. The Software may be installed on any computer, designated for a single user. Use of the Software is restricted to exactly one computer at any given time. The Student Pack is the fully functional KyPlot just like the ordinary version, but at a special low price. The Commercial or Academic License provides one copy or multiple copies of the KyensLab product. Use of the software is restricted to the specified number of computers (or operating systems) only.
